90 Day Layaway

Layaway Policy

Layaway up to 3 months.

down-payment required (minimum $50.00).

Layaway holds the price and the furniture in our 100,000 square foot warehouse.

Furniture will not be shipped to respective location until the layaway balance is half paid or 50% of total amount.

Shipping merchandise could take 1-6 weeks from warehouse.

Must take possession of merchandise within 4 weeks of final payment or items will be resold of shipped back to main warehouse facility.

Payments:

There are no minimum payments!

Payments must be made every 30 days or customer will loose hold on furniture.monies applied to balance will remain the same. this could result in longer wait times if items are out of stock or back ordered.

Final payment must be received by the due date or the order will be cancelled.

Cancellations:

All sales are final layaways that are canceled within 4 days from the date of purchase will be entitled to a full refund.ABF Asheville reserves the right to cancel a layaway if payments or final payment are not made as scheduled. 20% of the ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE will be taken out of the initial deposit put down by the customer and the remaining monies can be returned to the customer. Any merchandise or deposit left over 90 days will be considered abandoned.

Refunds:

All refunds are issued within 7-20 business days; checks are issued by our Corporate Office only. NO CASH REFUNDS. Payments made by credit card must be refunded back to the same credit card account.
